AI is everywhere. It’s a promise that’s driving headlines, but that too often, fails to deliver in ways that actually matter to users. Done right, the payoff is potentially game changing. But so far, not many businesses have successfully integrated AI in ways that feel meaningful.

Omnea has the luxury of being founded in a post-GPT world. We’ve designed our platform, roadmaps, and sprints understanding both what AI can deliver, and what underlying architecture is needed to support it. Our AI philosophy has always remained the same: functionality must meaningfully impact the user experience. In other words, it can’t be fluff. It has to make Omnea faster, simpler, and more intelligent for the people that use it. We’ve already seen rapid adoption—100% of our customers use Omnea AI in one way or another.

We’re moving towards a world where ‘agents’ will take briefs, be our team members, and otherwise do our bidding. Our vision has always been for Omnea AI to be a 24/7 procurement, finance, risk, and legal analyst—here’s how we’ve made that happen.

We’ve fundamentally changed how we approach AI functionality. We’ve introduced three AI families—each with a distinct objective, to ensure they deliver meaningful impact for our customers:

We’ve already launched our first agentic functionality to make this a reality and we’ll be rapidly shipping more over the coming weeks and months.

Omnea Assist

Employees can submit requests conversationally. They make requests in plain language—and Omnea AI asks intelligent questions, and fills out a complete intake form.

Omnea Analyze

Approvers receive tailored request summaries. Risk, finance, and legal stakeholders all receive personalized summaries that enable them to better understand the context of a request—as it relates to their role—as quickly as possible.

What's next?

These are the first steps of a long journey, and we never want our AI to over-promise and under-deliver. We believe these fundamental changes to how we approach AI will keep us honest, and enable us to build more functionality that continues to materially impact the experience of using Omnea.
